How to make Tasty Garlic Beef Bulgogi
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 5 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 2 1/2 tbs white sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 2 tbs sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- green pepper
- shredded carrots
Place the beef in a dish. Mix soy sauce, sugar, green pepper, onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, carrots and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
Preheat grill on high heat, lightly oil the grate.
Grill beef on hot grill until slightly charred and cooked through, roughly 1 to 2 minutes per side.
