Delicious Fried Cabbage You’ll Love
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 head cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet bring the butter and chicken broth to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and add the cabbage.
Over low heat to steam cover and cook the cabbage for about 45 minutes, stirring frequently, or until cabbage is tender and sweet. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
