How to make Easy To Make Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 pound chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 2 1/2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Small can of mushrooms (optional)

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and celery in butter until just tender, about 5 minutes.

Pour in both vegetable & chicken broth. Stir in chicken, noodles, carrots, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Chicken Noodle SoupAdd mushrooms (optional)

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

Serve.
