How to make Delicious Pepperoncini Beef Sandwiches
- 1 – 4 pound beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 – 16 ounce jar pepperoncini’s
- Rolls or Hoagie buns
- Provolone cheese (optional)
Make small cuts in roast, insert garlic slices in cuts.
Put roast in the slow cooker and pour the jar of pepperoncini’s over the meat. Add onions.
Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
Take roast out and cut or tear apart.
